We always give our best effort to get you the best service, but humans make mistakes and we’re not more than humans. To rectify issues, we offer the refund policy to our customers so that they don’t have to suffer. Here is the things you should know about it and the situation when you can ask for a refund:
Order Cancelation & Refund Policy
If you’ve already ordered a service and paid for it, but don’t want to continue with it, you can cancel the order. You have to submit an order cancellation within 12 hours of ordering it. We’ll issue a refund within the next 96 hours through the same payment method or channel you’ve ordered with.
The refund policy doesn’t apply if you cancel the order after 12 hours. The same applies for cancelling an on-going project. We also don’t offer a postponed service for a project we’re already working on. You also don’t offer service switching while we’re already working on it. You have to switch the package before we start working on it which is within 12 hours of ordering it.
However, if we deliver a project not as described or the delivery doesn’t meet the deadline, you can ask for a revision or refund. If a service goes obsolete for any technical reason like a Google update, we hold the project and offer you other equivalent services.
In that case, you can replace the ordered service with another equivalent service on our site or postpone it. We’re okay to keep the project on hold and complete it for you when it’s available or replace it with other equivalent services.
